Basic property summary — address, suburb, city, territorial authority, title reference, and GPS coordinates. Ideal for populating listing cards or search results.
Title & Ownership
Full LINZ title details including title number, type (freehold, leasehold, etc.), legal description, estate description, land district, issue date, guarantee status, and number of owners. Updated nightly from Land Information New Zealand.
Crime & Safety
Neighbourhood safety profile including the SA2 statistical area, and NZTA crash statistics within 1km of the property — broken down by severity (fatal, serious, minor, non-injury). Perfect for adding a "Neighbourhood Safety" widget to your listing pages.
Parcel Boundary
GeoJSON parcel boundaries sourced from LINZ cadastral data. Includes appellation (e.g., "Lot 1 DP 13298") and land area in square metres. Render property outlines directly onto your maps.
Full Property Report
Everything above in a single API call — title, boundary, crime, and preview data combined. One request, one response, counted as a single call against your quota.
